 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having Ted take care of our property, while we are away, is a breath of fresh air.  He visits our property weekly, makes sure the outside of our home is presentable and looks lived in, has facilitated pest control when needed.  He also checks the inside to make sure our appliances are in working order.  When we come back to town Ted has opened our home, aired it out, provided a little wipe down of counters and has left us beautiful flowers to welcome us home. If any problems he has contractor connections that will take care of it. He will start the car and check the tire pressure. In fact last year before we came back he replaced the battery. Recently he checked on us after the earthquake to make sure we were ok.
Before we arrive back he turns the water on and turns up the water heater. He has everything cleaned inside and out so we don’t have to do anything. Home looks like we never left. Thanks again Ted for taking good care of us!!
